All Layaways are 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Warranty:
Warranties are offered by the Manufacturer's. Most of our scooters are shipped factory direct. Warranty covers limited parts and not labor. If a defective part is required for exchange for warranty customer is responsible for shipping back to Manufacturer. Extreme Scooters sells scooters at almost wholesale prices so if any dealer prep is needed or assembly it is the customers responsibility. Extreme-Scooters does not cover any trailer rental.

Shipping:
Most of All Products on our web site are Dropped Shipped Directly from Our Distributors to your Residence, thus Shipping Time and Availability Will Vary.
Normal shipping time for all products can vary between 7 to 15 business days. However, we cannot guarantee actual shipping time will be within this time frame. Also, any Shipping Damage Claim will be the responsibility of the consumer.
We will try to make sure any shipping damage item is available for replacement, however any shipping damage is the buyer responsibility to file a claim and report to the shipping company.
Cancellations:
Any order that has been canceled by the customer, for any reason, is
subject to processing fees not to exceed 20% of the item value.
There
will be a 10% processing fee on all cancelled orders that have not been
shipped.
Returns:
Used merchandise will not be accepted for return after 10 days from
date of delivery.
There may be additional fees on returned
merchandise based on the merchandise condition.
A 20% processing fee
will be added to all returned merchandise.
Extreme-Scooters reserves
the right to refuse the return of any merchandise at any time,
regardless of any issues, condition, or length of time since purchase.
Restocking:
A 20% Restocking Fee will be added to all canceled orders that already have shipped, in addition to other applicable fees associated with shipping cost.
